Site Description:
The proposed Harmony Subdivision - Seventh Filing is generally located south of the Harmony Subdivision - Filing No. 6 and east of Club Drive. The subject property is approximately 10.42 acres in size. The property is currently Zoned a combination of CMU Commercial Mixed Use and R-E Estate Residential. The 0.043 acres of R-E zoned property is proposed to be rezoned to CMU. This plat proposes to plat the property into 15 Single Family Estate Lots ranging in size from approximately 5,400sf-13,400sf in size.
