An existing home on 0.27 acres - seeking to redevelop as a mixed-use property. With the proposed rezone, we are not seeking any variances and plan to only use it within the designated list of uses found in the Town's current land use code. No impacts to the surrounding neighborhood character, traffic or other general welfare are anticipated. No negative impacts to Town's infrastructure are planned, while overall, this rezone will be a general benefit to the Town by creating more historic Downtown Core opportunities to support the other residential developments.
