Project Design Criteria Description:
The proposal is for a drive-through coffee shop located on Lot 5 of the Gateway Timnath South Subdivision. This will be the 9th Northern Colorado Dutch Bros store. The site layout features double drive-up lanes to allow for 39 cars to stack.
The building contains 920 square feet with both the drive-up and walk up with a covered outdoor patio.
It is estimated that there will be approximately 25 part-time employees and 4-5 full time positions.
