        • Contractor License Information (NOTE: Contractor must have a current Town of Los Gatos Business License)
        • Parcel Number (Example: 00000000 not 000-00-000)
        • Permit Information

Note- Suggest entering the street number and name only and clicking search, this should be enough to locate your permitting address. Entering additional information in other fields, i.e. zip and street type, may result in searching errors. The work location fields will automatically populate if a single address is found. If multiple matches are found you will be provided a list to chose from.
