Our new Public Portal will provide a modern, mobile-friendly experience with easier navigation, a personalized dashboard, and streamlined access to permits, planning applications, inspections, fees, and documents. 

While the Citizen Access Portal will continue to serve as the system behind many of these services, the new Public Portal will make accessing them simpler and more intuitive for our customers.
