NOTICE: Citizen Access will be off-line for the Thanksgiving Holiday weekend beginning at 12 noon on Wednesday, November 26, 2025. Services will be restored by 8 am on Monday, December 1, 2025. NOTICE: Beginning January 2, 2025, all new requests for solar photovoltaic panel (PV) permits will be processed as a "Renewable Energy" record. The Renewable Energy record will also now be used for: electrical vehicle charging stations (EV Units); energy storage systems (ESS); solar roof tiles; solar water heating systems; structures with integrated solar panels; and renewable energy systems with electrical main panel upgrades/replacements.

NOTICE: Beginning January 2, 2025, all new addressing requests will be received via Citizen Access. The "Addressing Management" record is available under: "Submit an Application"; then "Building"; then "Address Management."
