Welcome to the City of Concord Virtual Permit Center (VPC). We are open and accepting Building, Engineering, and Planning applications. All Applications will be processed electronically through issuance. If you need assistance please email the appropriate division as follows:

During the COVID-19 County Health Orders to stay-in-place, the City will Continue to process applications and issue permits remotely, but Construction and inspections must be limited to those types allowed under the Order.
