The report shall indicate the complete details of the assembly, including a description of the assembly and its components, the basis upon which the assembly is being evaluated, test results and similar information and other data as necessary for the building official to determine conformance to this code. Such a report shall be approved by the building official. 2018-STRENGTH 1604.2 Strength Buildings and other structures, and parts thereof, shall be designed and constructed to support safely the factored loads in load combinations defined in this code without exceeding the appropriate strength limit states for the materials of construction. Alternatively, buildings and other structures, and parts thereof, shall be designed and constructed to support safely the nominal loads in load combinations defined in this code without exceeding the appropriate specified allowable stresses for the materials of construction. 2018-SEPARATE FIRE PERMIT REQUIRED A separate fire permit is required for on-site generator(s).

Zoning Conditions

1. Compliance with all applicable FCC rules and regulations. 2. Any noise generated by this proposal shall be in conformance with the provisions contained in King County Code Title 12. 3. The antenna and associated equipment mounted shall be designed to blend in with the existing tower equipment and existing surroundings to the extent feasible. 4. The proposal shall not increase the compound footprint per the plans submitted. 5. Any associated generator requires a separate permit. 6. Proposal shall not exceed the standards for "substantial change" defined per FCC Rule 14-153.
