Boundaries of Clearing Limits

The boundaries of the clearing/grading limits shown on this plan shall be clearly flagged in the field prior to construction. Daily ESC Inspections

Permittee shall inspect the Temporary Erosion Sedimentation Control (TESC) BMP's at the end of each working day to assure himself that they are in good condition. If TESC measures require repair or maintenance, it shall be performed prior to the end of the working day. All disturbed areas shall be promptly and thoroughly stabilized against erosion during periods of wet weather when work is not being performed at the site.
