Project Description:

Fall City Floating serves as vendor for King County Parks that provides river tube rentals and shuttle services to patrons floating the Snoqualmie River. We maintain all WDFW river entries and exits during the summer and provide safety oversight on the river. Our current contract renews annually and a concession agreement to use the park is issued each Spring. We secured a Temporary Use Permit, allowing us to use 1/3 of the land for parking purposes for 60 days annually. The remaining 2/3 of the 6-acre parcel has been utilized for a Pumpkin Patch. The objective of the permit is not to increase Snoqualmie River usage but to accommodate the existing influx of recreationists during warm summer weekends, enhancing the overall experience for all visitors
