The Community Development Department is located on the second floor of City Hall. City Hall is in downtown Lincoln at 600 Sixth Street. Our counter hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 3pm.

City hall will be closed Wednesday December 25th thru Wednesday January 1st, returning Thursday January 2nd. During this time, we will only be accepting inspection requests for projects already under construction. If your project requires only one inspection you will need to reschedule after January 1st. We apologize for the inconvenience.
