ProjectDox (the plan review database) will undergo a system upgrade beginning Friday, May 15, 2026 at 5:00 PM. The system is expected to be back online by Monday, May 18, 2026.
If your permit application requires plan review, please wait to apply until Monday, May 18 to avoid any potential issues during the maintenance period.
Please note, this outage will not affect:
  • Scheduling inspections
  • Applying for Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing sub-permits
  • Scheduling Pre-application meetings
  • Applying for Address/Parcel verifications
  • Applying for Easements or Surety permits
  • Applying for City Clerk permits
