You can search the Virtual Permit Place for building permits, planning cases, public works cases and engineering permits. You can also schedule inspections online.

The City of Reno is pleased to offer these online services 24-hours a day. To use all the services we provide, you must register and create a user account. However, you can view information, get questions answered and have limited services as an anonymous user.
