The City's online permit system Accela Citizen Access (ACA) will shut down Wednesday, December 17th, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. (PST) and will be operational again on Monday, January 5th, 2026, at 8:30 a.m. (PST).

You can look up property information and search applications as an anonymous user. However, to create an application or scheduled an inspection you must register and create a user account. Please sign in as a registered user for higher level of service and a more convenient user experience.
