Users must have an account to access services on this site. Register for an account. Follow our Registration Guide (PDF). Access to records is limited to registered project contacts. Users who are not project contacts cannot check status, pay fees, view receipts or schedule inspections. If you are not a registered project contact, register for an account first then submit the Request to Add Contact Form. The applicant must approve the request. Applicants are the default contact for submittals and do not need to submit the contact request form. Document access is limited to the applicant or authorized agent only.

Additional ePermits Center Information:

• Saved but incomplete applications with TMP in the record number are automatically deleted 90 days after starting the record.

• View Daily Building Inspection Time Frames (PDF) posted after 8:45AM, Monday-Friday.
• Looking for historical Construction Permits or Plans? Submit a Records Request (PDF) to request copies.
