New Users

Register for an account on the ePermits Center to apply and access permits your user account is connected to.

Contractors and Contractor Agents will need to add/connect a CSLB license after registering in Account Management. Validation of the CSLB license by our department will occur and approvals will be sent by email.

Contractors and Contractor Agents cannot apply for a building division permit until the CSLB license has been activated by our staff for the user account..

**NOTE** Unsuccessful log in attempts will disable your account. Consider resetting your password with the Forgot Password link instead of getting locked out.
