Beginning January 1, 2026 a 2.5% credit and debit card processing fee will be implemented. No portion of this credit or debit card fee goes to the City of Omaha or the Permits & Inspections Division. The fee is collected by and paid entirely to the payment processor.

To avoid this fee you can pay via electronic check by choosing "Pay with Bank Account" on the Payment Options page during checkout.
