1. Pasco County Parks & Recreation Impact Fees for both single & multi-family dwellings has increased to $3,450.15. Breakdown of fee for building permits or mobile home tie-down permits:

Park Land=$705.41; Parks & Recreation Facilities=$2,744.74; Total Per Dwelling Unit=$3,450.15

2. All Residential & Commercial Building permit applications are available online only through Pasco Gateway under the Building tab.
Documents must be Digital submissions with electronic signatures & seals where applicable.

Applicants must already be registered for an account before applying for a permit.
Applications previously submitted as paper applications/plans can be found under Permits tab.

3. We do NOT take credit card payments or ask for a credit card number over the phone. If you receive a call like this, please do not provide any personal or banking information.
