Mobile Home Permit Installation Application for Used Manufactured Homes

Effective July 9, 2021

Pasco County has streamlined the process for Mobile Home Permit Installation Applications for used manufactured homes.  We are now implementing a Used Manufactured Home Preset Certification Form.  The form is certifying the general condition standards of the mobile home and eliminating the need for a County Inspection in advance of the application. The Used Manufactured Home Preset Certification Form is to be signed and uploaded as part of the Mobile Home Permit Installation Application.  (Note: The certification is attesting to the condition of the used mobile home prior to relocation.)


Central Permitting
EFFECTIVE TUESDAY MARCH 17, 2020

As COVID - 19 (coronavirus) continues to impact our communities and world we want to share the changes we are making in building construction services central permitting office.

The Central Permitting Offices in New Port Richey, Dade City and Land O’ Lakes are only accepting Drop off and Pick up of Permits. Customers at the New Port Richey Office can drop off their Permits at the customer service window on the first floor of the West Pasco Government Center.
