**DIGITAL SIGNATURE INFORMATION**

Planning and Development Department has integrated a digital plan room software within the existing Accela system that allows staff to review and markup plan submittals virtually. This new software slightly alters some of our current procedures in relation to submitting documents and responding to comments.

Additionally, we are requiring any submittal that needs to be signed and sealed by a professional (site plans, construction plans, etc.) to be electronically signed and sealed. Click here to learn more about Digital Signature.
