Cannabis: Email cannabis@portlandoregon.gov with your portal user name and license number (MRL# or ##CNB)

Liquor: Email liquor@portlandoregon.gov with your portal user name, all liquor licensed business trade names, and all liquor license business addresses.

Your accounts will need to be linked by city staff before you can access your records!
